She is survived by: her children, Santana Leyva of York, Jodi Hurst (Ryan) of Wahoo, NE and Jake Morley of Debary, FL; her grandson Noah Visger of Wahoo; her children, Elijah, Henry Hurst of Wahoo and Huxli Leyva of York; her sister Sheri Smith (Rodney) of Lincoln, NE; and her nephews, Dexter Smith of Lumberton, NJ and Jayden Smith of Omaha, NE. She is also survived by aunts; uncles; and cousins.
