Though Katharyn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Katharyn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald C. Enderle and Wanda Enderle (Cosier). She is survived by: her husband Gayle James of Aurora; her children, Susan Pawloski (Cory) of Papillion, John James of Aurora and Jeffrey James of Lincoln; and her grandson Benjamin Pawloski of Papillion. She is also survived by other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higby-McQuiston Mortuary (1404 L St, Aurora, NE 68818). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Aurora United Methodist Church (1104 A St, Aurora, NE 68818).
Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.
