She was loved and cherished by many people including: parents: Arnold and Naomi (Adams) Mick; husband: Walter McConnell; daughter: Pamela (John) Lerch; granddaughter: Amber Bailey; sisters: Carmen Chandler, Sharon Wrightson, Marilyn Wolff, Regina Mick, Lori (Fred) Hofmann, Bonnie (Vince) Henzel and Sandra Pokorny; brothers: Robert Mick and Thomas Mick; brothers-in-law: Roy Pokorny, Tom Wrightson and Gearld Wolff; officiant: Pastor Tim Wells; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 22nd 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Higby-McQuiston Mortuary (1404 L St, Aurora, NE 68818). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 23rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Cross of Christ Lutheran Church (209 S 16th St, Aurora, NE 68818).
Memorials may be made in care of the family to designate at a later date.
