He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Werner and Myrtle Werner (Liedke); his wife Parma Eriksen; his parents-in-law, Holger and Etna Eriksen; his brother Roger Werner; his sister-in-law Donna Werner; his sister Ila Campbell; and his brothers-in-law, Roger Campbell and Neil Eriksen.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Werner (Lisa) of Aurora and Mickie Werner of Lincoln, NE; his grandsons, Derek Werner (Hope) of Overland Park, KS, Trent Werner (Emily) of Lincoln, NE and Brody Werner of Kansas City, KS; his great grandchildren, Weston, Reagan, Zane, Callum, Micah and Selah; and his sister-in-law Mary Eriksen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Messiah Lutheran Church (415 S 18th St, Aurora, NE 68818). A funeral service will be held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.
