He was predeceased by: his daughter Tina Lalone; his sister Elizabeth Goble; and his in-laws, Ken and Rosella Boeding. He is survived by: his wife Therese Boeding of Aurora; his children, Robert W. Runion (Tonya) of Omaha and Diana Runion of Aurora; his grandchildren, Keagan Chessmore, Nolan and Carter Runion; his sister Sylvia TaFrawe (Neal) of Waynesboro, Virginia.; and his siblings-in-law, Steve Boeding (Nancy) of Garland, Mark Boeding (Jan) of Columbus, Nebraska, Mary Kirk (Perry) of Grand Island and Sue Boeding of Hastings.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to be designated later.
