He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Williams and Garnette Williams (Jackman); and his brother-in-law Max Mankin. He is survived by: his wife Maxine of Aurora; his children, Jeffrey Williams (Jennifer) of Billings, Kelly Van Baale (Darwin) of Rockwall and Thomas Williams (Cindy) of Woodbury, Minnesota; and his siblings, James Williams of Massachusetts and Kathy Mankin of Aurora. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

Memorials may be made to the family to designate at a later date.
