We are sad to announce that on April 18, 2024 we had to say goodbye to John H. Staack of Avoca, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Staack and Leila Staack (Dodenhof); and his daughter Leslie Staack. He is survived by : his wife Doris Grable; his children, Shawn Staack and Chelsey O'Connor (Talon); his siblings, Fritz Staack, Henry Staack, Pat Scheinost (Terry), Gary Staack (Kim), Ronald Staack (Sherri), Carol Graham (Mike) and Kennie Staack (Dee Dee); and his sister-in-law Deb Casey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Fusselman-Allen-Harvey Funeral Home - Syracuse Chapel (644 Park St, Syracuse, NE 68446). A memorial service was held on Thursday, April 25th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Lutheran Church (1434 N 30th Rd, Avoca, NE 68307).

Memorials are suggested to the Avoca Fire Department or Avoca Town Hall.
