He was predeceased by : his sister Marcia Elizabeth Callan. He is survived by : his parents, Roger G. Callan (Shirley) of Cozad and Mary E. Callan (Linnemeyer) of Indianola; his brother Russell Callan (Karla) of Ord; his niece Riley Smith (Taylor); his nephew Ryan Callan (Kacia); his great-nieces, Natalie Smith and Jordyn Callan; and his great-nephew Trace Smith of Ord. He is also survived by relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for later designation.
