He was predeceased by : his former life partner Jean Marie Olson; his parents, Warren Poole and Helen Poole; and his in-laws, Carl and Dorinda Olson (Danielson).

He is survived by : his wife Jeanie Poole; his brothers, Dennis Poole (Connie) of Encampment, WY and Robert Poole (Carole) of Sunnyvale, CA; his niece Robin Blubaugh; and his nephews, Tom Poole, Matthew Poole, Rob Poole, Aaron Poole and Tim Poole.
