He is survived by: his wife Margie Nixon (Durner); his children, James Jr. Nixon (Svitlana), Jeffrey Nixon (Michelle) and Kristina Grace (Michael); his siblings, David Nixon and Kathy Wise; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Allen and Gerald Wolfe. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
