He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Mulligan Jr. and Bernys Marie Mulligan (Lovejoy). He is survived by: his wife Darleen; and his children, Michael Mulligan (Leanne), Ryan Mulligan (Heather) and Doug. He is also survived by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and numerous other family members and friends.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bassett Methodist Church. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
