She was predeceased by : her parents, William Alvin and Lillian McCune (Brehm). She is survived by : her husband Thomas L. "Tom" Osborn; her daughters, Julie Baumert (Andy) of Omaha and Kim Belina (Allan) of Madison; her grandchildren, Trevor Belina (Haley), Travis Belina (Whitney) and Bailey Belina (Taylor Stanley); her great grandchildren, Wyatt Belina and Lauren Belina; and her sister Shirley Engel of Lawrence, KS. She is also survived by four nephews.

Karen was preceded in death by her parents and a brother-in-law, Don Engel Sr. Memorials will go to a future designation.
