He is survived by: his wife Betty Tegeler; his children, Dennis Hofmann (Tonja) of Battle Creek and Debbie Westerman (Tim Williams); his granddaughter Abby Lade (Kobe); his great grandchildren, Archie, Baker and Goldie; his brother Larry Hofmann (Gloria) of Norfolk; and his sister-in-law Judy Smith (Ronnie) of Battle Creek. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
