With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dustin Lee Johnston of Bayard, Nebraska, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2025 at the age of 40. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dustin Lee Johnston to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his sister Cheryl Johnston; his grandparents, Chuck, Jan Meyer, Ray Johnston, Jerry Heil and Linda Kuempel; and his pet Athena.
He is survived by: his parents, Lori Lee Johnston (Meyer) and Herb Johnston (LaNell); his aunt Lisa Nelson; his uncle James Johnston; his nephew Tristian Reynolds; and his pet Buddy. He is also survived by numerous other aunts and uncles; several very special, close friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 436 Main St, Bayard, NE 69334.
Memorials may be made to his mother, Lori Scott, for final expenses.
