He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Belford and Minnie Belford; and his siblings, Emma, Kenneth and Terry.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine D. Keil; his son Robert "Tadpole" Belford (Casey); his grandchildren, Alicia Dixon (James), Montana Belford, Shae Brewer (Cody), Colton Belford (Tenae) and Keegan Flores (Isaiah); his son Andrew Belford; his grandchildren, Charles Belford (Barb), Malachi Belford and Elizabeth Belford; his brothers, Clifford and Jerry Belford; and his sister-in-law Julie Bucy (Andrew). He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
