He was predeceased by: his aunt Gracie Schultz; and his cousin Abby McCarthy. He is survived by: his parents, Madison Coffin and Joe McCarthy of Beatrice; his grandparents, Ed, Colette Hayden of Eureka, Kansas, Steve and Jessica McCarthy of Beatrice; his great-grandparents, Ruth Coffin of South Bend, Bill Coffin of Ashland, Robert, Martha McCarthy, Mike and Deb Belding; and his godparents, Amanda Bartels and Bryan Bishop of Beatrice.

Memorials are suggested to Little Angels in care of the mortuary.
