He is survived by: his mother Carolyn Sell of Beatrice; his siblings, Douglas Sell of Beatrice and Kim Breeden of Lincoln; his niece Hayley; his nephew Jeremy Breeden of Lincoln; and his aunts, Kay Palasz (Rich) of Bella Vista, AR and Kay Sell of Lincoln.

A memorial has been established to the family for future designation.
