He was predeceased by: his parents, Orval William Leggett and Violet Pearl Leggett (DeLong). He is survived by: his siblings, Wanda, Ronnie and Doyle; his mother-in-law Ardie; his wife Ardis Irene Jones; his daughters, Carol Cabacungan (Domingo) and Teresa Dale Hoffman (Daryl); his grandchildren, Ellen, Daniel and Sarah Dale; and his great grandchildren, Henry, Julian and Josephine Dale.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the First Christian Church (205 N 7th St, Beatrice, NE 68310).
Memorials are suggested to the Shriners Hospitals for Children in care of the mortuary.
