He was predeceased by: his parents, Abraham Jantzen and Agnes Jantzen (Albrecht); his wife Neva Champ; his daughter-in-law Denise Jantzen; his granddaughter Sydney Jantzen; and his siblings, Dorothy Luker, Gerald Jantzen and Erna Thieszen (Aldon).
He is survived by: his children, Scott of Beatrice, Darlene Funk of Beatrice, Bryan of Beatrice and Darwin (Terri) of Beatrice; his grandchildren, Aaron, Asha, Leona, Denise Jantzen, Emily, Nickolas Funk, Cody Parker (Samantha), Alexander (Jovanna) and Bonnie Jantzen (James Steele); his great grandchildren, Campbell, Arlo, Sylvie Parker, Sidney and Liam Jantzen; his siblings, Harlan Jantzen of Denver, Alvin Jantzen (Jane) of Leo and Ruth Lunn; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Champ (Helen) of South Dakota, Lew (Linda) of Sterling, Colorado, Nancy Schmidt (Larry) of Fairbury and Rogena Jantzen of Beatrice. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
