George Pinkerton Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 30, 2019 we had to say goodbye to George Pinkerton (Beatrice, Nebraska), born in Omaha, Nebraska. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, George R. Pinkerton and Harriet K. Pinkerton (Klotz); his son Michael Pinkerton; his great grandchild Ellie Lutjemeier; his brother-in-law Dean Linscott; his brother Dean; and his sister-in-law Betty Gormley.

He is survived by: his wife Garoldene "Gari" Gormley Pinkerton; his children, George (Linda), James (Judith), Thomas (Jennie), Daniel (Peggy), Katherine, Elizabeth Schuster (Terry), Robert (Lenece) and David (Rhonda); his daughter-in-law Pam Pinkerton Gerdes; and his siblings, Cecilia Linscott and Ken Pinkerton (Ardie). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been designated for a scholarship fund with the funeral home in charge.
