It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Harold Thaut (Beatrice, Nebraska), born in Hastings, Nebraska, who passed away on March 19, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold W. Thaut, Sr. and Evelyn Thaut (O'Donnell); and his sisters, Shirley Barton and Donna Thaut. He is survived by : his wife Bette Anne; his daughters, Sarah Snell (Scott) of Hastings, NE and Jessie Wells (Brett) of Collierville, TN; his grandchildren, Jonah, Norah, Gabriel Snell, Owen and Abby Wells; and his brothers-in-law, Robert Kuhn of Omaha and Evart Barton (Jane) of Hastings, NE. He is also survived by several nephews and cousins.
A memorial has been established to the Beatrice Humane Society with the funeral home in charge.
