He was predeceased by: his parents, Issac Campbell and Ernest Lee Campbell (Hobbs); and his siblings, Bill Campbell (Sylvia), Jack Campbell, Casper Campbell (Bell) and Hellen Dillingham (Hick).

He is survived by: his wife Linda Campbell of Beatrice, NE; his children, Jerry S. Campbell of Omaha, NE and Tonya M. Minor of Beatrice, NE; his grandchildren, Cassie M. Minor, Major Cody A. Minor and Captain Kelly Minor; and his sister Sue Campbell of Durant, OK. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
