He was predeceased by: his daughter Amy Marie Moore; and his siblings, Kenneth Moore and Kathleen Moore. He is survived by: his wife Cheryel Sue Harding-Bickmore; his daughters, Lori Snyder (Joe), Christina Novotny (Greg) and Heather Moore; his grandchildren, Jessica Wortmann (Richard), Ryan Snyder, Christopher Watts-Moore and Aiden Novotny; and his great grandchild Elora Wortman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the family's choice with a later designation.
