He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Ross and Nellie Irene McCage (Butler); his son Christopher Martin McCage; his sister Mary Siske (Robert); his niece Rhonda VanDertholen; his great-nephew Zane Robert Ross VanDertholen; his great-niece April Kreifel; and his brother-in-law LaVon Covault.
He is survived by: his children, Timothy McCage of Reno, NV, Joy Rose of Beatrice, NE and Sarah Harlan of Jettersville, VA; and his sister Gleora Covault of Table Rock, NE. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren, many other nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
