She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Espy and Ruby Espy (Rutledge); her siblings, William, Lera Mae, Audie, James, Peggy, Janelle, Dale and Clarence; and her brother-in-law Howard Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Collins of Beatrice; her children, Bill Collins (Bonnie) of Lincoln and Sherry Schulz (Jeff) of Omaha; her grandchildren, Lakeysha Aerni (Todd) of Papillion and Terrin Perdew (Travis) of Lincoln; her great grandchildren, Alivia and Nolan Aerni; her brother Esser Hal Espy (Joanie); and her siblings-in-law, Kay McGill (Don), Ramona Collins, Jim Collins (Jeri) and Steve Collins (Carol). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to the family for future designation.
