He was predeceased by: his parents, George Leibert and Mary Leibert (Williams); his brother David Leibert; and his aunt Judy Sanders (Williams). He is survived by: his sisters, Laura Ceder (Gene), Amy Johnson (Craig), Carol Kimball (Jose), Kathy Andersen (Bob), Nancy Kodat (James) and Georgia Nelms (Larry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; three great-great-nieces and two great-great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Fox Funeral Home (1116 N 19th St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to the family's choice.
