She was predeceased by: her parents, Renken Forden and Etta M. Forden (Fossler); her husband Leonard; her stepfather John T. Forden; and her brother Alfred.
She is survived by: her children, Mona Geiser (Wayne) of Merna, Barb Parsons (Kim) of Holdrege, Tom Gowen (April) of Sand Springs, Audrey Gowen of St. Paul, Chris Gowen of Beatrice and Carrie Woodyard (Gail) of Marysville, Kansas. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; and twelve great grandchildren.
