He is survived by: his parents, Robyn Powell (Bill) and Tim Fralin (Kelly Fralin); his wife Angela of Fayetteville, TN; his children, Nicholas Jeffs and Tamera Jeffs of Fayetteville, TN; his siblings, Christopher Roberts of Lincoln, NE, Bryson Fralin of Beatrice, NE and Megan Estes of Lincoln, NE; his uncles, Rick Hess of Lincoln, NE, Randy Hess (Patti) of Lincoln, NE, Derek Fralin (Lacey) of Beatrice, NE and Matt Fralin (Chelsey) of Beatrice, NE; his grandfather Monty Fralin of Wymore, NE; his aunts, Jennifer Retchless and Chrissy Shepard; his great-grandparents, Leo Hess, Elmo Willey and Ted Walters; his mother-in-law Patricia McCauley; his aunts and uncles, Rodney Hess, Verlyn Walters, Brad Phelham, Bruce Meints, Connie Meints and Carol Corkery; and his cousins, Rose Hess, Adam Wilken and Ilene Shoemaker. He is also survived by Cousins/Brothers.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the American Legion Post 27 (701 Dorsey St, Beatrice, NE 68310). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
