He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Schuster and Emma Schuster Trauernicht (Gronewold); his brother Harold Schuster (Connie); his brother-in-law Dale Oltman; and his parents-in-law, Anton and Elizabeth Oltman.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Schuster of Beatrice; his children, Terry Schuster (Beth) of Pickrell, Carol Schuster of Overland Park, KS, Debra Weber (Phil) of Eagle and Mary Beth Schuster of Beatrice; his grandchildren, Cameron Wilson (Brooke Poppe) of Denton, TX, Taylor Weber (Patricia Reyes) of Lincoln, Tara Weber of Atlanta, GA, Grace Schuster (Rhett Dawson) of Lincoln, Annie McCubbin (Paul Herring) of DeWitt and Laurie McCubbin of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Sophia Laflin, Lane Laflin and Travis Laflin; his brother Larry Schuster (Connie) of Bonita Springs, FL; and his siblings-in-law, Randy Oltman of Lincoln, Beverly Shearer (Dick) of Beatrice and Ruth Valdez (Jim) of Wahoo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established by the family for a future designation.
