She is survived by: her husband Francis "Roger" Howe; her sons, David (Denise) and Michael (LaDonna); her granddaughters, Andrea Deters (Jeffrey) and LeeAnn Taylor (Alan); and her great grandchildren, Cleighton Taylor and Maggie Lou Taylor. She is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
