He is survived by : his wife Rosemary; his son Todd Nelson (Valerie) of Lincoln; his grandchildren, Kassie Cote (Adam) of Salina, KS, Khyla Nelson of Manhattan, KS, Zach Nelson of Lincoln and Bailey Bowhay (Jace) of Beatrice; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Kortus (Tara) of Lincoln and Jenny Kortus of Lincoln; his great grandchildren, Connor, Otto, Jocelyn, Aurora Cote, Robyn, Oliver Nelson and Olivia Bowhay; and his sisters, Ethel North of Long Pine, NE, Leta Schuebel and Wilma Appleman (Robert) of Johnstown, NE..
