James Peterson Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Peterson of Beaver Crossing, Nebraska, who passed away on March 1, 2026 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Merlyn Peterson; and his wife Linda (Krauter). He is survived by: his mother Ruth Peterson of Springfield, Minnesota; his children, Monica Lewis (Phil), Andrew Peterson, Stephanie Peterson and Bryon Peterson; his siblings, Dale Peterson (MaryLee), Jeff Peterson, Tom Peterson, Jennifer Peterson, Janal Martinka (Paul) and Paul Peterson (Sharon); and his great-uncle Butch Mattison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended relatives, and friends.
