He was predeceased by: his mother Deborah Lynn Kock (Pavlik); his brother Jason Kock; his brother-in-law Daniel Cogdill; his uncle Paul Kock; his aunt Jennifer Pavlik; his grandparents, Larry Pavlik (Margene) and LaVern Kock (Judith); and his cousin Zachary Pavlik.
He is survived by: his father Wayne Carl (Deborah) of Cedar Rapids, NE; his wife Emily Katherine Votta of Belden; his daughters, Izabella Kock of Wayne, Gabriella Kock of Wayne, Stella and Ambriella Kock of Belden; his brothers, Justin Kock of Norfolk, NE and Joshua Kock (Tonya) of Norfolk; Richard Votta (Suzanne) of Fremont, NE and Katherine Cogdill (Terry). He is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law; many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made out to the family for memorial donations to be yet determined.
