She is survived by: her children, Joanie Malander of Gretna, John Malander of Centennial, Chris Malander of Omaha, Janet Sikiotis of Illaroo and New South Wales; her grandchildren, Trey Shotkoske (Kalie Merrick) of Lincoln, Tara Burkum (Graham) of Gretna, Tom Shotkoske (Stephanie) of Crescent, IA, Shayna Piersma (Josh) of Des Moines, IA, Josh, Jacy Malander of Centennial, CO, Eleni and John Sikiotis of Illaroo; and her stepchildren, Deanna Paine (Bud) of Garden Valley, Connie Ward (Norman) of Ottumwa, Rhonda Bown of Des Moines and Rick Bown of Nampa, Idaho. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Palmer-Santin Funeral Home (210 Irving St, Fullerton, NE 68638). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
