He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Christensen and Minerva Christensen (Coen); his siblings, Eldon Chris Christensen, Connie Wais and Jeanette Hastings; his son-in-law Ed Perkowski; and his nephews, Kenny Christensen and John Wayne Lukert.
He is survived by: his wife Roseanna of Belgrade; his children, Michelle Perkowski of Belgrade, Stacey Matulka (Matt) of Seward, Shane Christensen (Kari) of Belgrade and Deanna Schilousky of Belgrade; his grandchildren, Ashley Beck, Andrew Beck, Adam Beck, Kadin Davis, Conner Davis, Brian Davis, Makennah Matulka, Dakotah Matulka, Logan Christensen, Lane Christensen, Liam Christensen, Marley Schilousky, Creed Schilousky and Odin Hansen; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Emma, Tara and Alice; his sister Joyce Lukert (Wayne) of David City; and his siblings-in-law, Allen Hastings (Terri) of Albion, Illinois and Mary Christensen of Columbus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Open House (123 S A St, Belgrade, NE 68623).
