He is survived by: his friends, Rick and Nae; his wife Pam; his children, Jeremy, Jason (Sarah), Jayme (Dan) and Jesse (Jen); his grandchildren, Brad, Jeff, Zach (Bri), Trevor, Greg (Lindsey), Kacie, Owen, Parker, Avery and Jenna; and his sister Linda. He is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
