He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Sklenar and Ruth Sklenar (Jordan); and his siblings, Charlotte M. Brown, Melvin E. and Walter F. Sklenar.
He is survived by: his son Jay Clifford (Brook) of Colorado Springs, CO; his wife Kathryn L. Sklenar; his daughter Amber Liberty (Randy) of Bellevue, NE; and his grandchildren, Emilie Violet Sklenar, Kayton Rose Sklenar, Leah Kathryn Liberty, Macy Kaylynn Liberty and Laura Grace Langston (Isaiah) of Charlotte. He is also survived by three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, in keeping with Cliff's generous spirit, memorial donations will be forwarded to a ministry he cared deeply about.
