She was predeceased by: her parents, John Chastain and Bessie Chastain; and her husband James "Jim" McMillian. She is survived by: her granddaughter Kelsey; her parents-in-law, Vera "Chris" McMillian and Hollis McMillian; her sister-in-law Joy Collins; her son-in-law Christian Camlin; her daughters, Annette Camlin of Lawrence and Kerri Campbell (Kelly) of Gretna, Nebraska.; her siblings, Linda Morrison (Steve), Danny Chastain, David Chastain (Patty), Susan Vogel (Rick), Judy Meli and Steven Chastain; her siblings-in-law, Jan McMillian (Kay), John McMillian (Sandy) and Jean McMillian; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Selden Kelsey, Calen, Connot, Lily and Jonah.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's memory to the Hospice House of Omaha, Omaha, Nebraska.
