He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Lenz and Marie Lenz (Fontaine); and his siblings, Shirley (Jack), Bogatz Raymond Lenz (Mary), Pete Lenz and Sharon Hunt (William).
He is survived by: his close friends, Jerry, Johny and Jack; his brother Arthur Lenz Sr. (Joyce) of Headland, AL; and his aunt Mariann Lenz. He is also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and families; several cousins; and multiple close friends.
A funeral service was held on Monday, January 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Heafey Hoffmann Dworak & Cutler Mortuary (7805 W Center Rd, Omaha, NE 68124). A graveside service was held on Monday, January 19th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (7506 S 36th St, Bellevue, NE 68147).
