He is survived by: his parents, Lonny Larson and Brenda Burbridge (Jason) of Bellevue; his brother Caleb Chekal; his grandparents, Ronnie and Jean Burbridge of Bull Shoals, AR.; his nephew Evan Chekal of Bellevue; and his aunts and uncles, Joan, Rod Miller of Council Bluffs, Julie Croghan of Bull Shoals, Marcus Burbridge of Bennington, NE. and Alex Burbridge of Monhegan, ME.. He is also survived by many other aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home & Crematory (545 Willow Ave, Council Bluffs, IA 51503). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Corpus Christi Queen of Apostles Catholic Church.
