He was predeceased by : his parents, Laddie Vondra and Helen Vondra; his sister Mary Ann; his brother-in-law Richard Pollack; and his son-in-law Matthew Donohoe.

He is survived by : his wife Sharon; his children, Jamie Gaughenbaugh (Woody) of Upton, WY and Timothy (Theresa) of Plattsmouth, NE; his grandchildren, Toni, James, Shannon Donohoe, Skyler, Ellie Vondra, Collin and Chase Gaughenbaugh; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Pollack of Omaha and Carol Johnson (Karry) of Omaha. He is also survived by 4 nieces and a nephew.
