He is survived by: his wife Donna Rush; his children, Roxanne Wiralaksana (Indra) and Rick Rush (Abby); his stepsons, Dan Robertson (Mariah) and Andrew Robertson (Kelly Groff); his sisters, Liz Barnes (Gary), Jeanette Nielsen (Kenneth Bruce) and Eileen Lubsen (Robert); and his grandchildren, Coen, Arno, Stella, Winston and Maggie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
