He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rouse and Marilyn Rouse. He is survived by: his daughter Mandy Lukowski; his grandchildren, Tanner Lukowski (Anna), Emma Lukowski and Morgan Lukowski; and his sisters, Lynn Burgess (Scott) and Jo Rouse.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bellevue Memorial Chapel (2202 Hancock St, Bellevue, NE 68005).
Memorials will be directed by the family.
