He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Mazur and Julia Mazur; and his siblings, John, Ted, Stanley, Andrew, Joe, Julius and Rose.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Mazur; and his brother Frank. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
