With sadness, we share the passing of LeRoy E. Keefer (Bellevue, Nebraska). LeRoy, born on July 22, 1941, passed away on October 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember LeRoy for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. LeRoy’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Keefer and Margaret Keefer; his spouse Ken Paxton; and his stepson Anthony Paxton. He is survived by: his stepchildren, Patrick Paxton and Sarah Pendland (Kevin). He is also survived by two granddaughters; five grandsons; and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Bellevue Cemetery (1303 Lord Blvd, Bellevue, NE 68005).
