He is survived by: his parents, Russell Adkins and Kathy Adkins; his brothers, Jake Adkins (Kaline), Nick Adkins and Josh Adkins; his grandfather Joe Konz (Germaine); his aunts and uncles, Dan Konz, Dr. Suzanne Konz (Beth Sergent), Brad Konz (Nikki) and Kristi Adkins (Mike Gibson); and his cousins, Sara Wynn, Zack Walton, Makena, Brooklyn and Joelie Konz.
