He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Conant and Elsie Conant; and his siblings, Tom Conant, John Conant, Joe Conant, Mary Ann Lorence, Margaret Malander (Peg) and James Conant.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Costello; his children, James Conant (Suellen "Sue"), Eileen Murdoch (Duane) and Gerald Conant; his grandchildren, Amber, Matthew, Brianna, Alyssa, Luke, Bethany, Rachel, Mark, Nicholas, Nathan, Megan, Grace and Lila; and his sister Caroline Frederick.
