It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Glenn Riggs of Bellevue, Nebraska, who passed away on January 22, 2023, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Glenn Forest Riggs and Marguerite Fern Riggs (Gallimore); his wife Eva Riggs; his siblings, William Riggs, Robert Riggs and Marilyn Fink; and his daughters, Cheryl Riggs and Carol Riggs.

He is survived by : his children, Richard Michael Riggs (Tammy) of Kinder, LA, Elizabeth "Betsy" Haefele (Mark) of Plattsmouth, NE and Barbara Dimmick of Hellertown, PA. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
