She is survived by: her children, Bob Carlyle (Stef), Darrel Carlyle, Phil Burlingame (Kristan) and Kim Burlingame (Michelle Stara); her grandchildren, Tonya Carlyle-Darnell (Greg), Buddy Carlyle (Jessica), Dawn Timm (Nick), Kris Carlyle, Kyle Carlyle, Karina Winslow (A. J.), Richard, Ryan, Allie, Zach, Jake and Kayden Burlingame; and her children, Caitlin Stara-O'Brien (Millie Wylie), Bailey Stara-O'Brien and Megan Stara-O'Brien. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
