He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Spurlock and Dora Spurlock (Robin Williams). He is survived by: his sons, David and Michael Spurlock; his stepdaughter Lisa Stuhmer (Derek); and his brothers, Michael and Marvin. He is also survived by two grandchildren and one great grandson.
